Over the last few days I have talked about Acai and the weight loss, health benefits found in the Acai supplements.
We learned that the Acai fruit can be used In a variety of ways. Like help with cholesterol packed with antioxidants pretty good supplement.
I am personally sold on this superfood, but I do know that every product has side effects.
Let’s recap where acai berry comes from. Acai is a very Nutritious Fruit like a grape who’s home is in the Rain Forest of Brazil.

Recently at a conference held at the University of Phoenix, people hungry for weight loss advice sought out answers to their questions regarding the popular South Beach Diet.
The South Beach Diet hit high levels of fame with the introduction of a book bearing the same name that was published back in the early 2000’s by a Dr. Arthur Agatston, a prominent cardiologist who, through this diet, emphasizes the importance of moderate carbohydrate and maximum protein intake. Similar to the equally popular “Atkins” diet, the South Beach Diet promotes abstinence from refined white sugars as well as flour claiming that they are a major culprit in what is contributing to the ever increasing obesity factor in America.

Avoid Eating Processed Foods
The entire family of processed foods contains all kinds of diet disasters; you name it and it is there, like sugars, fats, excess salts and many others. Throw out the white foods out of your window which may include but not limited to pasta, rice, bread, etc. You should also avoid using refined carbohydrates. Instead you should pay attention on eating raw foods like, vegetables, pulses, fruits and nuts and don’t forget to eat some freshly prepared meals too.

There are several diet and weight loss products on the market that claim to be the best for your body’s system. As I promised in my earlier article on Acai the fruit I did the research on Acai Berry Benefits I tell you it was not easy with all the hype and claims of marketing this product circulating a lot of health websites.
I covered the origin and source of the Acai berry in the last article. This fruit is from the amazons in Brazil and has been used by the natives for long time.
