Most of the advice pumped out in the health/fitness industry is much more heavily geared to FITNESS goals, as opposed to HEALTH goals. What we have to differentiate between is that what might help you achieve a certain level of fitness is not necessarily healthy for you.
For example, many workout programs offer a diet that will help you build muscle or lose fat. But, virtually every one of these programs does not actually take health into consideration THAT MUCH.
Newer people, and often even more experienced people, will freely relay advice or talk about how this or that program is the best because it helped them to do achieve their fitness goals. What they don’t realize is their advice might actually be detrimental to someone who values health over fitness.

Health, fitness, and the general well being of people around the world has been deteriorating at an alarming pace.
It has been estimated by experts that as much as 70% of the adult populace, as of now, is either overweight or obese. This number is only a reflection of the current state of affairs in America alone. Those same authorities also predict that the status of health and nutrition world wide will worsen in epic proportions if we continue to progress along this destructive path.
Fortunately, there is a wealth of information available to help in the pursuit to a healthier, fitter life.

Doo-doo-doodloodl-doo-doo-doo-dooo! That’s circus music and you are the juggler!!! You constantly juggle all of the aspects that make a life. Let’s say those aspects are Health-Family-Business-Finance-Social-Intellectual-spiritual. Doo-doo-doodloodl-doo-doo-doo-dooo – you have to find time for all of those to lead a balanced life.
Spiritual aspects could be as simple as having a purpose to your day or you could even find a higher purpose. Intellectual aspects include learning and personal growth. Financial aspects give you the tools to do and have things. Business/career is a necessity for money and contribution. Family and partners need time and attention too – relationships are important! And without your health and fitness you are sick or dead!!! That is a lot of balls to juggle – maybe they need to be prioritised?

The last weeks of pregnancy may feel like a time of waiting … and waiting. It may seem as if time is almost standing still as you anticipate the start of labor. Keep in mind, though, that your due date is nothing more than an estimate of when you may deliver. You may deliver before or after that date. In fact, labor may begin as much as three weeks before or two weeks after your due date and still be considered normal.
Making those final preparations
Make the most of the time remaining before your baby arrives. What can you do to be as ready as possible? Here’s a to-do checklist.
Take childbirth classes, if you haven’t already
Childbirth classes help you and your partner fully prepare for labor and
childbirth. They vary in name and are available at most hospitals and
birthing centers, so ask about them as part of your prenatal care.
Typically, classes are offered as one- to two-hour sessions over the course of several months or as full-day sessions that take place over one or two weekends.
